HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

We offer expedited shipping for a flat rate of $15.99 or standard shipping for $6.99 per order. If your total order amount is over $50, shipping will be free.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES suiitec.com ACCEPT?

We currently accept credit card and Paypal payments. If you would like to arrange payment via another method, we will be happy to try to assist with your request!

IS IT SAFE TO PURCHASE ONLINE FROM support@suiitec.com?

Absolutely!  We use GeoTrust Secure Socket Layering (SSL), an encryption technology that ensures your personal information is transmitted securely over the Internet. We do not store credit card details or share your personal information with third parties.

However, if you are still concerned about placing your order, please contact support@suiitec.com and we will contact you regarding an alternative method to place your order!

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us at support@suiitec.com within 8 hours of placing your order. We will not be able to make changes after this time.

What if I am not at home?

If you are not at home, a new delivery will be made the next day or the courier will contact you to schedule a new delivery date depending on your country and delivery method.

You may also need to go to your local post office to collect your package if it cannot be delivered.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

When your order ships, we will send you an email with a tracking number. If you have not received this email, please email support@suiitec.com

WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER ITEM? CAN I CANCEL MY PRE-ORDER?

A pre-order item is an item you order before we have it in our inventory. You can cancel up until your order has been processed. To cancel, you can email us at support@suiitec.com

I ORDERED A PRE-ORDER SET, WILL THEY BE SHIPPED SEPARATELY?

We will ship your order once all items are in stock. If you would like to receive the in-stock item before the pre-ordered item, please email us at support@suiitec.com

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We offer a hassle-free 14-day return. 

Items must be in their original condition with the return label and hygiene seal still in place.  Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that do not meet the above requirements. 

suiitec.com offers a full refund (item price excluding original shipping cost).

All returns can be sent to our US-based returns warehouse.

HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN?

Requesting a return has never been easier!

We offer a hassle-free 14-day return. To initiate a return, simply email us at support@suiitec.com using the email address used to process your order within 14 days of receiving your parcel. 

Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping costs for returned goods, except for faulty items. We are also unable to refund return shipping costs. 

Once we receive your items, we will either send out your new piece or you will receive a refund (item price excluding original shipping cost).

We cannot be held responsible for lost returned items. We recommend using a registered postal service to return your goods and keeping a record of your tracking details.

WHAT IF THE ITEM I RECEIVE IS DAMAGED OR FAULTY?

We work hard to ensure that all items sold are of the highest quality. However, if you have concerns about a defective or damaged item, please email us at support@suiitec.com so we can urgently investigate the matter for you!
