If you change your mind for any reason, you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving it. We offer refunds, exchanges and store credits subject to the following conditions:

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with tags attached. If the goods are returned despite these conditions, your return will be sent back to you at an additional cost;

Full-priced items are eligible for a full refund;

FULL-PRICE

Full-priced items are eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit;

SALE ITEMS

Sale items or items purchased during a flash sale/promotional event are only eligible for an in-store credit or exchange;

FINAL SALE

Items marked "final sale - no returns or exchanges" cannot be returned. If merchandise is returned despite this policy, the items will be reshipped to you at an additional cost;

PROMO CODE

Orders placed with a promotional code that discounts the order (excluding our 10% welcome offer) are only eligible for a credit or exchange;

SWIM

All swimwear must be tried on with undergarments, the protective hygienic band must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered;

GIFT CARDS

Gift Cards are non-returnable;

RETURN SHIPPING

We recommend that you try on all items as soon as you receive them to ensure you can return the items within the return timeframe. 

Original shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for the cost of returned items. suiitec.com cannot accept responsibility for a failed return. We encourage you to return your items via registered or traceable postal services as return packages remain the responsibility of the customer until received by suiitec.com

RETURN PROCESSING TIME

We aim to process refunds daily, but please allow up to 3-5 business days for your return to be processed. You will be notified by email when our team has received your return and again when it has been processed. 

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by receiving a defective product. Please contact our customer service team at support@suiitec.com with your order number and images of the fault and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible.
